AO Campaign Infrastructure
AO Campaign can be deployed in several forms as preferred by our customers. Choosing the correct platform can depends on several factors which will change over time. These factors include cost, security, resources and growth amongst many others. AO UK are able to discuss and advise to what solution or hybrid solutions would suit your business.
Historically, customers preferred to install their own instance of the AO Campaign system onto their own hardware which could be linux or windows based within their own offices and server rooms.
A more modern approach is to install the system into a cloud environment where scaling, data recovery and remote access is simpler to manage. This can be an Own Cloud, Datacenter, AWS or other infrastructure supplier as selected by the customer.
Depending on customers skill levels and deployment requirements, AO UK typically deploys into a highly available environment. This environment can be owned by either the customer or by AO UK depending on the best and most cost effective solution for the project.
Grafana Loki is a set of components that can be composed into a fully-featured logging stack.
Unlike other logging systems, Loki is built around the idea of only indexing metadata about your logs: labels (just like Prometheus labels). Log data itself is then compressed and stored in chunks in object stores such as S3 or GCS, or even locally on the filesystem. A small index and highly compressed chunks simplifies the operation and significantly lowers the cost of Loki.
Furthermore custom hooks managed by AO UK allow for monitoring and alert management utilising Nagios XI and Zabbix
